What you will do

The Senior Document Controller plays a critical role in driving excellence across all aspects of document and information management. Working in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, this role ensures the consistent application of standards, workflows, and compliance across projects. It also provides active support and mentorship to Document Controllers, enabling high-quality, best-in-class delivery.

How you will do it

  • Lead the implementation of consistent document control standards, workflows, and compliance across all projects.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and accurate information exchange.
  • Manage digital platforms such as ACC, Viewpoint, and client CDEs to optimise document accessibility and control.
  • Maintain structured records and enforce version control to ensure data integrity and traceability.
  • Mentor and support Document Controllers, providing training and troubleshooting across the information management team.
  • Continuously improve document control processes and digital workflows to align with industry best practices.
  • Ensure timely, accurate documentation from project initiation through to handover, meeting all quality and regulatory requirements.

What we look for

Required:

  • Ability to work in the office in Dublin 12 five days per week

  • At least 3+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally from the construction, pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry

  • Proven experience in managing teams and organizing document control department.

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills

  • Proven experience about Doc Control across multiple projects and systems.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong IT skills

  • Self-starter, team player, flexible

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 – Quality Management Systems

    Core Document Control Requirements under ISO 9001

  • Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud

  • 5+ years of personnel planning & scheduling - project management or event planning experience
