Senior Director - Ireland

TD SYNNEX Ireland has experienced significant growth over the past 12 months and is expected to continue to expand. We are looking for a Senior Director to lead the strategic direction, growth, and profitability of this key business division.

This is a highly visible leadership role where you'll influence company strategy, build executive-level partnerships, and inspire high-performing teams to deliver exceptional results.

You'll work closely with European leadership, vendors, customers, and senior internal stakeholders to drive sustainable growth, maximise profitability, and ensure our business remains at the forefront of the IT channel.

• Own full divisional P&L performance, driving growth, profitability, and operational excellence.
• Set and deliver the strategic direction for your business unit(s) in partnership with European leadership teams.
• Shape business strategy through market insight, commercial expertise, and strong leadership.
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key vendors, customers, and channel partners.
• Lead annual operating planning and ensure delivery against agreed business objectives.
• Develop and execute vendor business plans that drive growth and market share.
• Identify new market opportunities and create strategies to capitalise on emerging trends.
• Influence purchasing, sales, and pricing strategies to maximise business performance.
• Act as the senior escalation point for vendors and strategic business partners.
• Increase visibility and profile of the business unit both internally and externally.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation, including board-level leaders.
• Recruit, lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams that deliver outstanding results.
• Champion innovation and contribute new ideas that enhance strategic and operational performance.

• Proven experience with full P&L ownership and commercial accountability.
• Strong track record of developing and executing successful business strategies.
• Experience building and managing executive-level customer and vendor relationships.
• Excellent commercial negotiation and decision-making skills.
• Strong understanding of business planning, forecasting, and performance management.
• Ability to influence and collaborate across multiple functions and senior stakeholder groups.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Strategic mindset combined with the ability to execute and deliver results.
• Experience leading, developing, and empowering senior leadership teams.
• Strong talent acquisition, succession planning, and people development capability.
• Knowledge of the IT marketplace, including vendors, customers, competition, and channel dynamics.
• High level of commercial acumen, numerical capability, and attention to detail.
• A strong sense of ownership, accountability, and integrity.
