About the RoleWe're looking for an experienced visual storyteller who can transform complex tech concepts into compelling designs that resonate with our audience. As our Senior Designer, you'll create experiences that not only look exceptional but also drive meaningful engagement across all touchpoints.
You understand that great design goes beyond aesthetics—it's strategic, purposeful, and drives business results.
What You'll DoBrand Strategy & Identity
Evolve and maintain DevRev's visual identity, ensuring every design element reinforces our mission and values across all channels.
Digital Experience Design
Create web experiences that are visually compelling, user-centric, and aligned with our marketing objectives.
Marketing Campaign Design
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop creative assets for digital and print campaigns, including emails, advertisements, and presentations.
Motion Graphics & Social Content
Develop engaging animations, videos, and social media content that captures attention and drives engagement.
Event & Trade Show Design
Design booth displays, promotional materials, and event assets that create memorable brand experiences.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Product Marketing, Content, and Engineering teams to bring creative concepts to life.
Experience & Portfolio
6+ years of professional design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing both digital and print work. Web and video design experience highly preferred.
Technical Skills
- Expert proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Experience leading creative teams and projects
- Bonus: After Effects, Blender, Premiere Pro, CSS, Spline
Design Excellence
Strong foundation in typography, layout, color theory, and motion principles. You have an eye for detail and understand how design drives user behavior.
Tech Industry Knowledge
Ability to translate complex AI and software concepts into clear, accessible visual communications.
Adaptability
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment, managing multiple projects, and incorporating feedback efficiently.
