We are currently seeking a Senior Demand Generation Manager to lead and scale our demand generation efforts targeted at Clio's core markets across Europe, the Middle East and Africa . You will be responsible for developing and executing multi-channel campaigns to drive awareness, generate high-quality leads, and accelerate pipeline growth for Clio.
This role can be performed from our Dublin hub office or on a remote basis in Ireland or London. This role will involve occasional travel to the UK and North America for meetings and events.

While the majority of Clio’s growth to date has been in North America, a key focus for Clio’s next stage of growth will come from international markets.
Today, Clio has customers in over 130 countries. Clio has had an Irish presence focused on EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa) since 2015 and the Dublin team is currently 50 strong, including 6 in marketing. The Marketing team has been primarily focused on the UK market, driving rave reviews from customers, and key partnerships with the Law Society of England and Wales.

As the Senior Demand Generation Manager for EMEA at Clio, you’ll be part of a team that values excellence and initiative, loves testing, and cares about results. Who you are:You are an experienced demand generation marketer with a proven track record of strategising as well as implementing, and executing data-driven marketing programs that achieve ambitious targets. You also have strong collaboration skills and are able to work cross-functionally to execute programs. You're known for being able to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a clear set of priorities. The Marketing team is a high-profile part of our EMEA org, the biggest driver of Clio’s lead generation machine. We lead strategic campaigns and initiatives that attract, engage, and convert target segments in the legal industry.
What you’ll work on:Strategy & Planning
Develop and own the demand generation strategy aligned with company revenue goals and customer acquisition targets. Focused on solo, small, and mid-sized law firms across international.
Identify key growth levers across paid, owned, and earned media.
Collaborate with product marketing and content to ensure messaging resonates with key personas.
Campaign Management
Plan and execute multi-touch campaigns across channels (email, paid search, paid social, display, webinars, content syndication, ABM-lite, etc.).
Manage lead lifecycle from generation to hand-off to sales, optimizing for conversion at every stage.
Collaborate with content, design, and sales to create campaign assets and GTM plans.
Performance Optimization
Monitor and optimize campaign performance using tools like Asana, Salesforce, and Google Analytics.
Run A/B tests on creative, landing pages, and CTAs to improve CTR, CPL, and conversion rates.
Analyze and report on ROI and CAC for all demand gen activities.
Collaboration
Partner closely with SDRs and sales to ensure alignment on MQL definitions, lead scoring, and pipeline goals.
Work cross-functionally with product, customer marketing, and operations to support full-funnel marketing strategies.
Budget Management
Manage demand gen budget, allocating spend across programs based on ROI and strategic priorities.
KPIs / Success Metrics:
MQL and SQL volume and quality
Lead-to-opportunity and lead-to-customer conversion rates
Campaign ROI and CAC
Pipeline contribution from marketing
5–7 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, with a strong emphasis on demand generation.
Proven experience targeting SMB segments in EMEA & APAC (or relevant geography).
Deep knowledge of marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g Salesforce).
Strong analytical skills with a metrics-driven mindset.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Experience working in high-growth SaaS environments with tight feedback loops and rapid iteration.
Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities.
Familiarity with SEO/SEM, paid social (LinkedIn), and digital advertising strategies.
Experience running webinar and event-based lead generation campaigns.
Understanding of customer journey mapping and funnel metrics.
ABM or intent-data-driven marketing experience with agency experience.

The full salary range* for this role is €80,800 to €95,000 to €109,200 EUR. Please note there is a separate band for those in the San Francisco / Bay Area. For those outside the United States, there are a separate set of salary bands for other regions.. In addition, this role is eligible for variable pay that is based on company performance, with actual payout amounts calculated and paid on a quarterly basis.*We aim to hire all candidates between the minimum and the midpoint of the full salary range. We reserve the midpoint to the maximum of the salary band for internal employees who demonstrate sustained high performance and impact at Clio. The final offer amount for this role will be dependent on individual experience and skillset of the candidate.
