The Center for Data and Insights, Global Business Analytics team is looking for an experienced Senior Data Analyst with a passion for understanding data, creating engaging visualizations, tracking business trends and storytelling. You will focus on delivering actionable insights at the holistic business level and to executive/senior management teams from Strategy, Finance, Go-to-Market, Operations, and other departments.
In the role of Senior Data Analyst, you will report to the Senior Manager, Data Analytics.

Responsibilities- Act as a strategic thought partner to stakeholders across the business, helping them frame questions, identify opportunities, and interpret insights to drive better decision-making.
- Partner closely with global teams to build strong relationships, align on trends, and manage analytics-related priorities.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and impactful presentations that translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Use creative and analytical thinking to connect data into cohesive insights that inform holistic business decisions.
- Keep abreast of the latest data analytics tools, techniques, and industry trends to ensure the team remains competitive.
- Provide guidance on best practices in Tableau and enable teams to maximize the tool's capabilities.
- Uphold a high standard of analytical rigor and exceptional service across all levels of the business, navigating roadblocks and ensuring timely delivery.
- Leverage complex databases, OLAP engines, data warehouses, and data lakes through SQL or SQL-like tools.
- Lead the development of weekly insights decks for leadership by synthesizing cross-functional input, tracking goal progress, and highlighting the business impact of key initiatives.

- You bring 8+ years of experience with data analysis, advanced analytics, statistics, experimentation, and optimization
- You have 5+ years of hands-on experience with SQL and Python, coupled with proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
- You have experience defining KPIs, statistical and predictive modeling concepts, descriptive statistics, and experimental design
- You have experience working with large datasets (Terabytes of data/ billions of records)
- You have experience building compelling and actionable presentations/visualizations directed at an executive level audience
- You have experience working across a globally matrixed organization
- You have experience in the SVOD or similar subscription based industry as a plus
- You possess a Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, providing a strong foundational knowledge and expertise
