Cybersecurity Technical Analyst  

The Role 

Join Fidelity’s Enterprise Cybersecurity (ECS) team as a Technical Analyst in Identity & Access Management (IAM). You will dive into real cybersecurity challenges – analyzing data, uncovering risks, and helping design smarter, stronger access controls that keep the firm safe.  

The Team 

You will work with IAM security professionals who analyze end to end processes, identify risk and help teams across Fidelity with secure, resilient systems. We are collaborative, detail driven and passionate about reducing risk.  

What you will do 

• Hunt for security risks by analyzing large data sets 

• Recommend access and control solutions with your understanding of key security requirements and best practices.  

• Collaborates with partners and stakeholders to drive strong security outcomes  

• Document processes including how tos and current and future state of complex projects, applying data-driven insights, constructing complex diagrams and visualizations. 

The Expertise and Skills You Bring  

• 8+ years of experience as a systems analyst and/or consultant, delivering requirements documentation, process mapping, and managing stakeholder relationships 

• BA/BS/MS in Technology, Information Systems, Cybersecurity or related field 

• Certifications such as CSPO, CSM, IIBA, security/Tech certificates is a plus. 

• You have a passion for data analysis and relentless curiosity and hunger to learn. 

• Working knowledge of Linux environments is plus 

• Solid understanding of security concepts; cloud, API, DevOps, application security. 

• Understanding of IAM concepts authentication, authorization, credential management and privileged access management principles. 

• Interest in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. 

• Ability to work simultaneously on multiple tasks, manage priorities and workload. 

• Strong experience with excel and SQL. 

• Strong communication skills both written and verbal including more senior audiences. 

• Demonstrates a continuous improvement mentality and shares expertise
