DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Design, review, and manage regional compensation programs, including salary structures, bonus plans, and incentive schemes, ensuring alignment with the company’s global compensation philosophy and local market needs.

Lead and support annual compensation review cycles, including merit increases, promotions, and variable pay processes, ensuring equity and compliance across the EMEA region.

Act as a compensation and benefits expert, driving the adoption of best practices, streamlining processes, and enhancing regional program efficiency.

Serve as a backup during regional absences, assisting with benefits administration or resolving escalated issues as needed.

Conduct job evaluations, provide salary recommendations, and adjust pay structures to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity.

Partner with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and our HR Service Delivery team to address compensation-related questions, ensure alignment with company policies, and support business goals.

Respond to team member inquiries regarding compensation and benefits policies, providing clear and accurate guidance.

Educate team members and managers on benefits offerings and compensation structures, with a focus on EMEA-specific programs and requirements.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date compensation data in HRIS and other systems, ensuring data quality for reporting and analysis.

Generate, analyze, and present reports on compensation trends, metrics, and benchmarks to identify areas for improvement and inform decision-making.

Conduct audits of compensation and benefits data to ensure compliance with regional labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
COMPETENCIES (KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS or ABILITIES / BEHAVIOUR)
• Familiarity with EMEA compensation and benefits regulations and compliance requirements.
• Experience in a dual role supporting benefits and compensation.
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools for compensation and benefits analysis.
What Are We Looking For in This Role?
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, a related field or sufficient relevant experience.

5+ years of experience in Compensation, with a focus on EMEA preferred.

Exposure to or experience in benefits is a plus; willingness to learn and take on benefits tasks when required.

Proficient in HRIS and benefits management systems.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service orientation.
