Overview of the role:

We are looking for a Senior Commercial Manager, Betfair Brazil, who can be in located in Dublin or London, reporting to the Head of Commercial.

The successful candidate will play a leading role in designing, implementing and monitoring the regionalised sports & gaming strategy for one of our key regulated regions.

This role follows a hybrid approach to working, allowing you to combine working from home with working in our modern offices. These discussions are between you and your manager to find the best pattern for you both, while recognising that quality time together is essential for keeping us mission-aligned.

Our recently renovated Dublin office is the perfect place for team collaboration and individual growth. It hosts 2 cafes, a games room, gym and an abundance of meeting rooms catered for groups of all sizes. We also run regular social and well-being initiatives, from annual sports days to weekly nail technicians on-site.

In our London office you'll work with a view – overlooking the River Thames, Hammersmith Bridge and the iconic Harrods Furniture Depository. This vibrant workspace features a free gym, games room, a café that serves delicious breakfast, lunch and snacks, and a calendar full of thrilling activities courtesy of our social committee.

What you’ll do:

• Proposition and Strategy – Be the commercial lead inputting into defining our commercial strategy for sports & gaming and working closely with the supporting teams to ensure its delivery.

• Promo Strategy - Own and articulate promotional strategy and responsible for ensuring an aligned delivery across customer touchpoints.

• Pricing & Risk Strategies – Inputting into defining our sports pricing strategy and working closely with the trading team ensure its delivery.

• Commercial Understanding – You understand market dynamics, competitors, business performance & key leavers for driving for performance and will lead a team responsible for executing localised plans

• Presentations – play a key role in preparation and presentation of materials that will be shared with senior management: e.g. Monthly Business Reviews (MBR) & Regional leadership teams

• Brand localisation - Act as point of contact for Marketing and CRM teams, shaping locally relevant customer communications & ensuring content plans are in-line with regional strategy

• Customer focused decisions – collaborate with peers from analytics and promote data led decision making, ensuring a wholistic overview of the customer is always present is generosity, product, content, compliance, and marketing initiatives.
