Job Description
We have an excellent opportunity available for an experienced Senior Commercial Manager to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. The position lies within our Irish business based in Dublin, where we are now certified as a Great Place to Work.
This contract will be an initial parental leave cover of 12 months.
You'll be working in a high performing team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level, reporting into the Head of Finance. Get ready for a lot of exposure to internal senior stakeholders. Your primary responsibility will be the commercial management of our business. You will play a key part in supporting the team with actionable insights and strategic planning to drive category growth and profitability.
What you'll do:

  • Full P&L accountability for core business
  • Develop a deep understanding of the short- and long-term return on investment (ROI) of all customer investment drivers
  • Lead monthly/quarterly commercial performance reviews
  • Lead trade promotional planning, including post promotional evaluation and reporting
  • Manage the process of promotional and Joint Business Planning reviews with sales teams
  • Collaboration with sales organization, cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive engagement across extended business
  • Demand planning accountability with the support of demand planning team
  • Define the commercial plans for innovations
  • Work closely with Marketing and Category teams on business case development for all NPD


What you'll need:

  • Proven experience & progression within commercial functions (ideally around 6 years' experience)
  • Track record for supporting delivery of new business models and innovation
  • Knowledge: FMCG experience
  • Education: BSc/BA required
