The Sales Strategy and Operations Business Partner will play a crucial role in supporting our Banking & Capital Markets business unit by partnering with senior leaders to influence strategic priorities, develop long-term go-to-market strategies, and implement effective operational processes. Acting as a trusted advisor to their business leader, this role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product Engineering, and Solutions, to ensure seamless execution of business objectives.

Your Impact

  • Partner with senior leaders to ensure go-to-market strategies align with business objectives and drive revenue growth.

  • Build strong relationships across teams, including Marketing, Finance, Product Engineering, and Solutions, to ensure smooth execution of initiatives and alignment on key goals.

  • Own all aspects of sales operational excellence, including forecasting, pipeline updates, and performance reviews.

  • Execute go-to-market strategies, including account planning and target setting, to increase market share and customer engagement.

  • Identify and implement process improvements to drive operational innovation and sustainable growth

  • Develop tools and dashboards in collaboration with the Analytics and Data Science teams that deliver actionable insights to improve decision-making, forecasting, and performance.

Requirements

  • You’ve worked in the banking and capital markets industry and understand key industry concepts. Or Have a background in SaaS based solutions.

  • Confident working in a greenfield environment with rapidly shifting leadership priorities.

  • Proven ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of an organization, including senior leadership, to drive alignment and results.

  • Proven experience in strategic planning and business operations within a sales or go-to-market function. 

  • Demonstrated experience leading or collaborating across multiple departments (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance). Ideally, the candidate has experience managing cross-functional projects.

  • Solid experience optimizing sales or operational processes, including automating workflows and improving go-to-market execution. 

  • Proficiency in data analysis and experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Salesforce, Tableau, Google Workspace). 

  • Expertise in performance tracking and forecasting, especially in sales environments. 

  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful execution.
