We are looking for passionate Senior Business Analyst to join our team and collaborate closely with our customers in the domestic and international public sector IT projects.
A Day in the Life of a Senior Business Analyst will include
- Lead business requirements gathering and ensure alignment with project goals
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and document business processes, KPIs, and requirements
- Analyze current business processes and propose improvements for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications for IT solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure requirements are translated into successful solutions
- Create and maintain project documentation, including requirements specifications and user stories.
- Manage product backlog, participate in iteration and release planning, and actively engage in agile ceremonies to support continuous delivery and improvement
- Develop Requirements Management Plans and Traceability Matrixes to monitor and manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring all requirements are met
- Assist in user acceptance testing and training activities.
- Ensure alignment with data governance policies and Azure-based AI project scope
- Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.
- University degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in business analysis or related roles
- Familiarity with data governance, AI, and cloud platforms
- Experience as a business analyst in Cloud, AI and data analytics projects
- Experience in documenting business requirements for cloud, AI and data analytics projects within Azure
- Sound knowledge of business analysis methodologies and best practices, demonstrated by practical experience in IT projects
- Experience in requirements development and management in software development projects during the whole software development life cycle
- Ability to build collaborative relationships with clients and project team members
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience and willingness to work in an international/multicultural environment
- Excellent knowledge of English language (written and verbal)
Additional Qualifications, knowledge and skills:
Must have a relevant certifications:
- PMI Professional in Business Analysis – PMI-PBA®, or
- IIBA Certified Business Analysis Professional – CBAP®;
Nice to have:
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent Agile certification is highly desirable.
- Relevant certifications in internationally recognized project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is considered an asset
