Seeking a Senior Business Analyst with Banking Technology experience for consulting projects. Responsibilities include identifying business needs, managing project lifecycles, and technical consulting.
We are currently looking for a passionate and motivated Senior Business Analysts with demonstrated history of working in the Banking Technology Industry to join FINARTIX's BA Practice and our consulting projects for major clients in the Greek Market. The candidate will play a key role in the development, implementation, and management of technology-based business solutions to improve our clients’ delivery approach.
Responsibilities
- The candidate should help business areas and project teams to identify business needs, recommend solutions, develop, and manage requirements
- Perform Business Workshops for Gap Analysis and Requirement gathering purposes
- Managing the life cycle of projects by continuous monitoring and documenting, communicating the requirements appropriately to involved stakeholders and assessing how well the delivered solutions fulfill the requirements and meet the business need
- Identify and document use case/test scenarios
- Act as a technical consultant for the client
- Support business as well as IT users with existing Reports
Requirements
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field (mandatory)
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience within the Banking Sector focusing on Payments & Cards
- Demonstrate proficiency in eliciting, analyzing and documenting requirements both business and technical (integration-oriented analysis) around the areas of Issuing, Acquiring, Accounting & Credit
- Perform impact analysis and gap analysis
- Experience on refinement/technical analysis activities and capability of translating business requirements to development tasks
- Experience on preparing and compiling business requirements documentation (BRDs, Mappings, Solution Documents etc.)
- Experience in working and interacting with client facing, manage stakeholders, users and conduct requirement workshops, map processes and use cases and analyze business cases
- Knowledge of how software applications work: what are their core pillars, how they communicate and how they affect the user’s experience.
- Experience with Agile/Waterfall methodologies is considered a plus;
- Familiarity with SQL and other programming languages will be considered as a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Languages required: English and Greek, both written and verbal
