We are currently looking for a talented Senior Business Analyst - Controller to join our Finance team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and process financial data from various sources and departments and work closely with business stakeholders to understand financial business needs and deliver insights that support business growth.
- Provide reporting analysis across commercial, sales, marketing, and product areas, identifying key performance metrics.
- Improve financial controls and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in all markets where we operate.
- The role includes people management responsibilities, with direct reports to be supervised and developed as part of the team.
- Use data to guide strategic and operational decisions within the organization.
- Conduct financial performance evaluations, forecast revenue, and identify cost optimization and revenue growth opportunities.
- Support audits, compliance checks, and risk assessments.
- Act as a financial business partner to senior leadership, providing scenario analysis and recommendations.
- Oversee financial projects in a fast-paced environment, managing priorities effectively.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through deep analysis of business and financial data.
- Partner with stakeholders across departments (marketing, operations, product, compliance) to align financial targets with business strategy.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of proven experience in financial planning & analysis, controlling, or business analysis.
- Strong understanding of P&L management, KPIs, and financial modeling.
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or equivalent).
- Previous experience in a people management.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
- A data-driven attitude with an analytical focus
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Experience working in a fast-paced, regulated, and data-driven environment.
