Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform analysis, review, forecast, and trending of complex data
- Own the development and maintenance of production and ad-hoc operational reports
- Present analysis and interpretation for operational and business review and planning
- Support short and long term operational/strategic business activities through Analytics
- Interact one-on-one and consult with all levels of leadership

Required Qualifications:
- Experience working with relational databases and database structures (such as SQL, Oracle, Teradata)
- Experience developing business intelligence/visualization software (preferably Power BI or Tableau)
- Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office (including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Demonstrated intermediate proficiency writing/developing SQL queries
- Proven excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to adapt in a challenging dynamic atmosphere
- Proven excellent critical thinking and problem problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree
- Experience with data manipulation software (such as Alteryx)
- Healthcare Industry experience (ideally in claims, management, and/or prior authorization data)
