Senior Business Analyst - Commercial Systems and Operations

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst, CRM & Operations to join our Commercial Operations team, supporting International Business Operations. In this role, you will drive commercial projects, business analysis activities, CRM transformation initiatives, and operational planning while collaborating with Commercial Operations, Sales, Marketing, in-country teams, and IT partners.

Work model: Hybrid (3 days in office) 

12-month contract

Discover your role: 

• Plan, coordinate, and deliver commercial operations projects, ensuring timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies are effectively managed. 

• Lead project governance activities, including status reporting, RAID management, action tracking, meeting facilitation, and stakeholder communications. 

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating operational needs into functional requirements, user stories, and process improvements. 

• Support Veeva CRM and Veeva Events activities, including improvements, user support, data quality management, reporting, and system optimization. 

• Contribute to CRM transformation initiatives through current-state assessments, user acceptance testing, training coordination, and deployment support. 

• Coordinate meetings, events, and business planning activities, ensuring flawless execution and compliance with operational processes. 

• Partner with Commercial Operations, Sales, Marketing, IT, and in-country teams to improve business processes and drive operational efficiency. 

This role requires: 

• Bachelor's degree in business, Life Sciences, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience and 6+ years of experience in project coordination, project administration, business analysis, or commercial operations within pharmaceuticals, life sciences, or another regulated industry. 

• Experience gathering business requirements and creating functional specifications, user stories, process maps, and business documentation. 

• Solid understanding of Veeva CRM, Veeva Events, or similar CRM platforms, with experience supporting commercial business systems and process improvements. 

• Understanding of pharmaceutical commercial operations, including compliance requirements and healthcare professional engagement processes.

• Experience supporting CRM migrations, business process transformation, user acceptance testing, and change management activities is advantageous.

• Strong stakeholder management, communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritise in a cross-functional environment.
