This is a high-impact role for a creative, strategic operator who thrives in a lean team and brings both ideas and execution to the table. You’ll focus on increasing brand awareness and shaping brand perception through key channels including events/conferences, PR, organic social, email, and corporate gifting.

You’ll partner closely with Sales, Design, Product Marketing, and Leadership to make sure every touchpoint reflects our brand values, stands out from the noise, and supports our business goals.

  • Own strategy and execution for tentpole industry events and media agency activations, ensuring every experience is on-brand and speaks to our target audience.
  • Manage event design, vendor coordination, and internal alignment with the support of an agency.

PR & Thought Leadership

  • Partner with leadership to drive earned media coverage and build our company’s thought leadership presence across key trade publications and speaking opportunities.
  • Write and distribute press releases for major company announcements.
  • Work with key opinion leaders to develop content for broader marketing campaigns.
  • Manage our monthly newsletter from scheduling interviews with industry thought leaders to translating transcripts into LinkedIn and email content

Organic Social (LinkedIn)

  • Manage our organic LinkedIn strategy and calendar, ensuring content is timely, brand-aligned, and engaging for retailers, brands, and media buyers.
  • Collaborate with internal SMEs and copy contractor to develop thought-provoking, platform-native content.

Brand Moments & Corporate Gifting

  • Manage our corporate gifting strategy aimed at deepening relationships and generating buzz.
  • Support the team on bringing the brand into key moments in our customer’s journey (example: onboarding)
Growth opportunities
  • Help shape how a category-defining retail media company shows up in the world.
  • Be at the heart of where tech, media, and retail intersect.
  • Own meaningful brand work with real business impact, from company-level thought leadership to major event activations.
  • Join a smart, motivated team that values autonomy, trust, and raising the bar.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in brand or integrated marketing, ideally with exposure to both B2B tech and media/advertising or retail tech
  • Proven ability to lead larger event activations end-to-end
  • Excellent visual taste and strong written communication
  • Confident project manager who’s comfortable taking initiative and problem solving
  • Collaborative, creative, and eager to experiment with new ideas while keeping execution tight and on-brand
  • Comfortable working across internal and external teams, including designers, agencies, writers, and vendors
  • Comfortable managing contractors/agencies
You’ll Thrive Here If You’re…
  • Curious, always asking how we can make our brand clearer, sharper, more memorable.
  • Committed to craft and excellence; you’re willing to sweat the details others overlook.
  • Ambitious, with a drive to build a standout brand in an emerging category.
  • An optimist who brings good energy and great instincts to fast-moving challenges.
