We’re seeking an experienced Senior BMS Project Manager to lead large-scale data centre projects from concept to completion. This is a high-impact role where you’ll manage complex building automation systems, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality.
What You’ll Do
- Take ownership of end-to-end delivery for major BMS projects in the data centre sector.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve project milestones.
- Develop and manage detailed schedules, budgets, and risk plans for projects valued at €2M–€4M.
- Oversee financial performance, including P&L, forecasting, and margin analysis.
- Ensure compliance with CDM regulations, safety standards, and client specifications.
- Collaborate with design consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders to drive success.
- Manage procurement, logistics, and resource allocation across multiple sites.
- Provide clear, proactive reporting to internal leadership and clients.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience (5+ years) managing complex construction or building services projects.
- Strong track record delivering data centre projects or other mission-critical environments.
- Expertise in project controls, contracts, and safety legislation.
- Financial acumen with experience managing project budgets and forecasts.
- Exceptional leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Willingness to travel across Ireland, UK, and Nordics (30–40%).
Preferred Skills
- BMS platform experience (Metasys, Tridium Niagara, Trend, Siemens, Schneider).
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification.
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Familiarity with MS Project or Primavera.
