Job Title

At Fiserv, we are dedicated to transforming financial services technology to benefit our clients. As a Quality Assurance Engineer – Senior Professional II, you will be a key contributor to ensuring the quality and performance of our software products. You will collaborate closely with development and product teams to identify issues, implement best practice and drive continuous improvement in QA processes. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our product offerings and the overall user experience.

What you’ll do:

• Execute detailed quality assurance testing for software products.
• Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify and resolve software defects.
• Apply best practice in quality assurance to ensure high‑quality deliverables.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of automated testing scripts.
• Participate in peer reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Experience you’ll need:

• Proven experience in software quality assurance.
• Experience in automation testing and developing automated test suites.
• Experience in performance testing and tuning.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies.
• Experience with test planning, defect management and test reporting.
• An equivalent combination of educational background, related experience or military service.

Experience that would be great to have:

• Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
• Knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) tools and pipelines.
• Familiarity with security testing practices.
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Certification in software testing methodologies.
