  • Develop and deliver reporting and dashboards for key programs, ensuring timely and accurate insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity, quality, and operational efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data integration issues; conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for integrations (DTAs/DIAs), deployment guides, and data flow diagrams.
  • Stay current on new features and enhancements in CRM/OCC/third‑party platforms and data tools; recommend improvements.
  • This is a hands-on technical role requiring attention to detail and the ability to work across teams to ensure data integrity and operational efficiency.

Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)
  • Bachelor's degree in information management, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in data engineering, data integration, or software development.
  • Experience with ETL tooling (e.g., AWS Glue, Informatica) and data warehousing (e.g., Snowflake); proficiency in Python and SQL.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, Polaris) and omnichannel tools (AWS Connect, NICE).
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; ability to communicate technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); experience with Jira/Confluence is a plus.

Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements)
