The Crown Is Yours
As a Senior Associate, Regulation, you'll play a critical role in safeguarding the integrity of our prediction markets. Operating at the intersection of regulation, surveillance, and market operations, you'll help ensure our exchange is fair, transparent, and built to scale in a rapidly evolving regulatory environment. You'll conduct trade practice oversight, collaborate directly with regulators, and strengthen the controls that protect our customers and our business. Your work will help reinforce trust in a future-ready marketplace where integrity and innovation move forward together.
What you'll do as a Senior Associate, Regulation
  • Conduct daily trade practice surveillance and support the onboarding of new customers to promote compliance from day one.
  • Prepare, draft, and submit accurate and timely regulatory filings to the Commodity Futures Trading Commission, while identifying, investigating, and escalating potential trade practice violations in accordance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures.
  • Partner closely with the Regulation team on investigations, regulatory reporting, and all matters related to trade practice oversight.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with regulators to support ongoing compliance with Commodity Futures Trading Commission rules and regulations.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the Exchange and third-party service providers to implement and enhance market surveillance systems.
  • Provide rotational coverage during market hours to ensure continuous, effective market monitoring and timely risk response.

What you'll bring
  • At least 3 years of progressive experience in market regulation or compliance within a Designated Contract Market, exchange, broker-dealer, or regulatory oversight body.
  • A strong understanding of trade lifecycles, including order processing, clearing, settlement, and reconciliation.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accountability when handling sensitive or time-critical data, with the ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and prioritize effectively with minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with case management systems and market surveillance tools; experience leveraging these platforms to support investigations is preferred.
  • A genuine interest in prediction markets, sports trading, or broader financial markets, with a curiosity about how emerging products intersect with regulation.
