Requirements

About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for talented and motivated professionals to join our expanding Risk & Compliance function. We are establishing a panel of candidates to fill upcoming Senior Associate and Associate-level positions across three key areas: 

- Pensions Compliance 

- Compliance Support (including ESG Regulatory Compliance) 

- Enterprise Risk (including policy governance, ESG risk management & risk profile monitoring and reporting) 

As part of this panel, you will play an important role in safeguarding the firm, supporting our regulatory obligations, and contributing to a strong culture of risk awareness and ethical conduct. 

We are seeking individuals with strong analytical skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for high-quality risk and compliance oversight. Depending on experience and panel placement, responsibilities may include: 

Pensions Compliance – Senior Associate 

  • Oversee compliance with pension regulatory requirements. 
  • Monitor regulatory developments and ensure alignment with policies and client offerings. 
  • Support governance reporting for senior management and committees. 
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure robust oversight of pension obligations. 

Compliance Support (including ESG) – Associate / Senior Associate 

  • Support compliance monitoring and reporting across the business. 
  • Assist in implementing regulatory change, including ESG regulation. 
  • Contribute to compliance frameworks, policies, and procedures. 
  • Provide guidance to business units and help embed regulatory expectations. 

Enterprise Risk – Associate / Senior Associate 

  • Assist with managing the governance of the firm’s suite of risk policies. 
  • Contribute to the oversight and management of ESG risks across the firm’s business. 
  • Lead the regular monitoring and reporting of the firm’s risk profile in terms of Risk Appetite, Key Risk Indicators, Early Warning Indicators and Balanced Scorecard metrics. 

About you

We are looking for somebody who has the following background and skills:  

Qualifications & Experience 

Third-level degree or equivalent experience in financial services, wealth management, pensions, risk, or compliance. 

Experience in one or more areas: Operational Risk, Pensions Regulation, Compliance Monitoring, wealth management oversight, asset management oversight, ESG Regulation. 

Skills & Attributes 

Logical, analytical, solutions-driven. 

Passionate about building knowledge and expertise 

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 

High attention to detail and accuracy under deadlines. 

Team player with flexibility and initiative. 

Ability to collaborate effectively across the organisation.
