The Role
We are now looking to further grow the team by adding a further experienced senior associate. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious candidate to join an industry leading practice in a top tier firm with an enviable client base. Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record of technical essence and also be someone driven and motivated with aspirations towards partnership.
Duties will include:
Advising on all aspects of Irish employment law.
Managing the employment aspects of corporate transactions and advising on commercial issues involving, in particular, agency and outsourcing contracts.
Managing employment related litigation both before the WRC and the civil courts.
Advising clients on strategic HR issues including absence management, performance management, disciplinary and grievance processes; complaints of bullying and harassment, restructuring and redundancies, dismissals.
Managing client relationships and client development.
Leading, managing and training associates and other team members.
Candidate Requirements
Qualified Solicitor in Ireland or England and Wales.
4+ years PQE with specific experience in management side, employment legal advisory work and employment litigation.
Strong focus on client services and the ability to a manage multiple clients.
Be pro-active, working collaboratively within a team environment.
Excellent academics and superior oral and written communication skills.
