The Opportunity

Verve is a multi-disciplinary creative agency best known for world-class events, brand experiences and brand content for many of today’s most influential brands including Google, Coca-Cola, TikTok and Diageo. With a team of 120, we’ve evolved over 33 years to become a globally-focused agency with head-quarters in Dublin and rapidly growing offices in London and Amsterdam. In 2022 we became part of the Opus Group - a family of 3 agencies based across North America, Australia and Singapore but activating incredible experiences across the world.

We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Art Director to join our friendly Studio team.

Projects can include anything from a large festival activation to brand launches, company celebrations and conferences, exhibitions, environmental design, PR stunts to sports and sponsorship activations with all of the corresponding brand content, digital, social and campaign assets.

Who You Are

You’re a conceptual thinker and visual storyteller who knows how to crack a creative brief wide open – and shape it into something unforgettable. You’re comfortable leading the creative vision but aren’t afraid to get hands-on when needed. You thrive on collaboration, believe in the power of multidisciplinary work, and bring energy to the room – whether it’s pitching an idea, ideating with a team, or inspiring clients.

You have:

  • A degree in a relevant creative field
  • 5+ years of creative agency: experience in events, brand experience, experiential is essential
  • Strong visual and conceptual craft – from the spark of an idea to the final deck
  • Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite
  • The ability to bring ideas to life through compelling visual proposals, mood boards, and storytelling
  • Bonus skills: many of our team are multi-disciplinary so if you have motion graphics or 3D visualisation skills, or a generalist skillset across disciplines, we’d love to know
  • A passion for culture, trends, and designing for real-world human connection

Key Responsibilities

As part of our tight-knit, award-winning Studio team, you’ll be at the heart of our creative process – helping bring ideas to life across a wide range of projects. We aren’t afraid to get our hands dirty so when needed we all pitch in to help out on design production.

You’ll:

  • Lead and contribute to creative concepts and pitches for events and brand experiences
  • Shape the creative direction – from ideation and narrative to visual identity and execution
  • Create and design pitch decks, event identities & branding and mood boards
  • Collaborate with our production, account, and digital teams to bring your ideas to life
  • Guide design thinking and creative standards across projects
  • Contribute to a high-performing, ambitious creative culture

Projects range from:

  • Festivals and immersive brand activations
  • Corporate conferences with high production values
  • Pop-ups, brand experiences and product launches
  • Consumer sampling campaigns and experience-led marketing
  • Internal brand experiences and culture-building events

The Package

  • Salary depending on experience
  • Contributory pension after 6 months
  • Private health insurance after 1 year
  • Generous holiday allowance (plus Loyalty Month - an additional 4 weeks of holidays after 3 years)
  • Weekly Pilates and a lively social calendar
  • Creative equipment provided
  • Support for continuous learning, training, and conferences

We’re proud of our culture – it’s collaborative, ambitious, and grounded in great creative work.
We’ve also spent the last decade building sustainability into everything we do – backed by a dedicated, well-resourced team. And we take DE&I seriously, with active CSR and community initiatives making a real impact.
