We are seeking a Senior Analyst/Manager-level Enablement Business Partner to support the enablement execution for the Small and Medium Business (SMB) sales organization at Salesforce in EMEA. This individual will play a key role in implementing enablement programs, collaborating with sales teams to drive adoption, and ensuring the successful execution of initiatives that align with global and regional business objectives.

The successful candidate will have a strong execution focus, with the ability to operationalize enablement strategies, prioritise, and deliver impactful programs that support sales efficiency and performance. This role will work closely with SMB Sales Leaders, the broader Enablement organization, and cross-functional teams to drive consistency and alignment across the region.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement enablement programs in alignment with the overall SMB sales strategy and business priorities.
  • Partner closely with SMB Sales teams to ensure the successful rollout and adoption of enablement initiatives.
  • Deliver in-role, and career development enablement programs to support the growth and performance of the sales organization.
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis to supervise progefficiencyness and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with AMER counterparts and global teams to ensure consistency in enablement execution across regions.
  • Support sales leaders with enablement tools, content, and resources to drive pipeline and efficiency.
  • Handle enablement cadences, events, and training sessions, ensuring flawless execution and alignment with key partners.
  • Leverage Subject Matter Experts to deliver high-quality training sessions both virtually and in-person.
  • Maintain accurate reporting on program performance and engagement to advise business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in enablement, sales operations, or a related field, with a strong focus on execution and implementation, ideally in sales organisations.
  • Strong program management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to engage partners at all levels.
  • Analytical attitude with the ability to supervise and report on key metrics and program impact.
  • High attention to detail and ability to implement with precision.
