Join the TransUnion team and help lead, design, and build analytics solutions that will shape Product strategy for TransUnion Consumer Interactive (TUCI) online products. TUCI’s consumer-facing and B2B products help everyday people understand and manage their credit information and get insights into the non-credit risk and financial data that matters to them.
What You'll Bring:
Successful candidates will directly access unstructured, diverse data sources to assess market segments and provide analysis related to pricing and positioning, product life cycles, revenue, and profitability. Initiatives will include research and analysis into both quantitative and qualitative measures, and can include leading cross-functional development efforts, assisting on mid-size to major analysis efforts, and supporting centralized product development process functions.

Impact You'll Make:

On a daily basis, support the strategic direction of TUCI by analyzing performance of product and marketing initiatives to seek out areas of improvement. Deliver insights and recommends actions that lead to profitable growth and satisfied customers.
- Completes ad-hoc analysis assignments that assist in development and implementation of strategies and new reporting processes. Hands-on an analysis will include direct querying of data.
- Conducts and compiles general research and ongoing product performance reporting, and provides analysis and product recommendations related to revenue, profitability, pricing, product life cycle, positioning, and promotion strategy. Analysis will cover per-product performance, initiative benefits realization vs. KPI targets, issue reduction impact, and site engagement/effectiveness.
- Completes research on potential business partners, competitors, and verticals; prepares reports with information on financial position, competitive position, market potential, and business development partnership opportunities. Provides continual updates to manager to ensure the project’s direction is on course and within established timelines.
- Engages ongoing with other Product and application-development SMEs to build deep knowledge of product performance, technology, and user behavior, enabling a cross-functional perspective on product/process opportunities.
- Conducts training for other internal teams to clarify patterns and trends, and may lead cross-functional team meetings for product development projects from concept initiation through product delivery.
- Automates standard report creation so data can be delivered to stakeholders frequently, with minimal to no Analyst effort.
This is a remote position which may require occasional in-person attendance at work-related events at the discretion of management.
