What We’re Looking For

We're seeking a proactive leader with a passion for driving results and improving processes to join our Finance team. Reporting to the Global Payroll Manager, this role will be in-charge of our international payroll operations.

What You’ll Be Working On

  • Manage the end-to-end payroll cycle for multiple countries and adhering to local tax and labour regulations.
  • Compile monthly payroll data in partnership with third-party providers, ensure timely payment of payroll taxes in all regions, and provide support to employees with payroll-related inquiries. 
  • Lead process improvements, guide the implementation of regional solutions, and integrations with partners, and liaise with internal partners such as HR, Benefits and Finance.
  • Develop scalable processes, maintain standard operating procedures, and own cross-training documents for payroll processes. 
  • Perform manual check functions, support external audits, monthly closings, account reconciliations, and other adhoc functions as necessary. 
  • Ensure the execution of payroll-related SOX controls are done timely, effectively, and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Responsible for accurate monthly/quarterly/annual filing requirements (payroll tax forms and other local reporting and filing requirements as needed). 

We’d Love to Hear From People With

  • 4-6 years of experience processing EMEA and APAC payroll
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field; CPA and or payroll certification preferred.
  • Experience managing outsourced global payroll processing teams.
  • Strong understanding of global payroll taxation laws and regulations (preferably for Ireland, Netherlands, India and Costa Rica).
  • Experience with Cloudpay and Workday is a plus. 
  • Good understanding of U.S. GAAP and SOX compliance requirements.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with leaders and employees at all levels in the organization.
