Title and Summary

Senior Analyst, B2B Marketing

Mastercard’s Services Marketing team is seeking a Senior Analyst, B2B Field Marketing for the EMEA region. This role will drive field marketing initiatives, aligning strategies with regional product growth objectives to support revenue generation and market development.
As a Senior Analyst, Field Marketing, you will collaborate with local and global marketing teams, product marketing, sales, and business development to generate demand for Mastercard’s identity offerings. You will develop and execute marketing campaigns focused on mid- and bottom-funnel engagement, leveraging a mix of field marketing, digital, and content strategies to drive leads for local sales and account management teams.
You will also serve as the voice of regional and local markets, ensuring global teams understand the needs and challenges unique to EMEA. This role requires a highly organized individual who can manage multiple projects, balance competing priorities, and drive marketing initiatives to completion with operational excellence.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute marketing initiatives to support Mastercard Services field marketing in EMEA.
• Lead demand generation efforts in collaboration with country and regional business owners, marketing, and sales teams.
• Plan and manage regional events, trade shows, and field activations to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
• Optimize the marketing-to-sales lead handoff process, ensuring service-level agreements (SLAs) are met.
• Work closely with Partner Marketing, Customer Marketing, and Business Development teams to execute joint campaigns.
• Coordinate and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including hands-on execution for field events and target account marketing.
• Represent regional marketing needs to the global marketing team, advocating for strategies that enhance market success.
• Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes, campaign execution, and lead tracking.

All About You:
• Experience in B2B field marketing, preferably in EMEA, with expertise in customer acquisition programs, target account marketing, and account-based marketing strategies using field, digital, and content marketing tactics.
• Completed Bachelor’s degree preferably in Marketing, Business or related field.
• Proven success working in matrix marketing organizations with cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on experience in developing and executing email campaigns.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter with a creative mindset, ready to proactively solve problems and introduce innovative ideas.
• Technical Skills:
• CRM expertise (Salesforce preferred).
• Marketing automation experience (Marketo preferred).
• Basic familiarity with HTML is a plus.
• Travel: Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
