  • Client ownership and growth: Retain ownership of clients, building trusted relationships, maintaining account plans, identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities, and coordinating with delivery teams to support successful outcomes and long-term retention.
  • Senior stakeholder engagement: Build credibility with CISOs, technology leaders, procurement teams and other senior decision-makers. Use a consultative approach to understand business and security priorities and shape relevant services.
  • Sales planning and forecasting: Develop territory and account plans, maintain an accurate pipeline and forecast, and use market and client insight to influence wider sales and marketing priorities.

About You

  • Relevant consultative sales experience: You have at least five years’ experience selling cybersecurity, technology or other complex professional services would be particularly valuable.
  • New-business track record: You can demonstrate how you have built a pipeline and book of business from the ground up, including the opportunities you created, sales cycles you managed and revenue you delivered.
  • Irish market knowledge: You understand the Irish business landscape, know how to identify and access relevant decision-makers, and can build new relationships through targeted outreach, referrals and your professional network.
  • Client growth and retention: You have experience developing existing accounts, navigating multiple stakeholders, identifying additional needs and protecting long-term client relationships. You are equally comfortable opening a new opportunity and expanding an established partnership.
  • Commercially astute: You think strategically, ask the right questions, and are focused on long-term value.

  • Be supported by an experienced leadership team with a proven track record of building, scaling and investing in successful technology businesses at pace.
