As a Senior Associate Depositary Client Manager in Depositary Services Team, you will lead and manage specific depositary services client relationships across oversight and controls. You will execute key business objectives, manage client and business risks, and develop depositary product capabilities. Your role requires strong technical and regulatory thought leadership and the ability to manage client relationships for Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs).
Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage depositary client relationships during regulatory evolution and business growth.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure fiduciary responsibilities are met.
• Manage client meetings, presentations, and board meetings professionally.
• Perform depositary duties in line with regulatory frameworks.
• Proactively manage client issues, ensuring timely resolution.
• Develop and sustain high-quality relationships with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Sales and Business Development for new business deals.
• Engage in project management for depositary initiatives.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

• Financial services experience in depositary services.
• Detailed knowledge of Luxembourg UCITS and AIFMD depositary oversight requirements.
• Extensive experience in the Luxembourg fund industry.
• Proficient communication and client management skills in English.
• Strong analytical skills to assess oversight metrics and identify trends.
• High emotional intelligence with strong networking and influencing skills.
