The Securities & Derivatives Intermediate Analyst is an intermediate level position responsible for collection, consolidation, analysis, and reporting of Fiduciary metric & reporting across Issuer and Investor Services. A critical component of the role includes ensuring timely and accurate reporting of Fiduciary MI, in alignment with regulatory and internal requirements
Responsibilities:

  • Collate and analyze Fiduciary metrics across Issuer and Investor Services

  • Maintain dashboards and issue reports for internal and External stakeholders

  • Partner with Risk Management and Front Office to identify and address data quality, completeness of data and timely reporting of Metric

  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills

  • Support periodic internal reviews, audits, and regulatory inquires through data and reporting documentation

  • Assist with automation or streamline of reporting processes as appropriate

Qualifications:

  • Some experience in financial services, preferably in securities operations

  • Strong analytical skills. Proven ability to execute

  • Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines

  • Good understanding of general MS software packages (Excel, Word, and Outlook)

  • Proven ability to execute solutions utilizing own initiative i.e. process re-engineering

  • Ability to remain calm & professional at all times

  • Demonstrated comprehension of Treasury products, accounting and regulatory policies

  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
