The Sales Support Specialist supports customer inquiries, assists sales teams, executes marketing activities, manages databases, and enhances customer experience.
Euronet is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to support our Irish market from our Dublin office. In this role, you will handle a diverse set of responsibilities and play a key part in maintaining and enhancing the customer experience. You will often be the first point of contact for our customers and provide support through various channels such as email and phone. The role also serves as a crucial link between our customers and internal departments such as sales, finance, and operations.
KEY RESPOSIBILITIES:
- Supporting customers by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering a high level of service
- Assisting the sales team with preparing contracts, client presentations, and coordinating with internal departments
- Contributing to and executing creative marketing activities, such as mass communication and developing promotional materials
- Maintaining and updating databases, processing data, generating reports, and managing invoicing
- Supporting various tasks that help optimize the customer experience and contribute to our business growth
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- A positive and solution-oriented professional with excellent communication skills
- Bachelor degree in Faculty of Economics, Business Administration, Organizational Sciences, Economics, Law or similar
- Experience in an administrative or back-office support role will be considered as advantage
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
