What’s the scope?
We’re currently looking for a passionate and driven Sales Representative to join our Benelux Sales Team. Based in Amsterdam, you will represent two of the most iconic brands in fashion, managing field and local key accounts. As a true brand ambassador, you’ll play a key role in driving sales growth and elevating the presence of Lee® and Wrangler® across the region.
As our Sales representative Netherland you will:
Develop and execute mid and long-term sales plans for your region, cascaded down from the Benelux and EMEA’s road maps and business plans. This with a huge customer and segmentation focus.
Determine and drive Regional Sales accounts objectives and targets in agreement with Sales manager and in accordance with BeNeLux & EMEA Annual Growth Plans.
Closely monitor account credit status and work with accounts, Credit Control and Customer Service to minimize outstanding debt and Credit-held orders.
Liaise, co-operate and co-ordinate, specifically within the following departments: Customer Service, Credit, Marketing/Merchandising and Operations/Planning
Through regular field visits, offer support and develop a working relationship with Field and local key accounts. Attend meetings and identify and execute against business needs and incremental opportunities.
Drive the consumer Brand experience within the key Regional Accounts through owning the development of in store Brand presentation together with Regional VM team.
Provide weekly reporting and regular feedback to your manager covering the marketplace, competitor activity and product development.
Skills for Success:
Bachelor’s degree, Master would be an advantage
Minimum of 3 years’ working experience in sales
Wholesale Field & Local Key knowledge – preferable with denim knowledge
Digital mindset with a strong knowledge of excel
Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment
Holder of a valid driver’s license (Category B)
