Support implementation of sales process and technology projects; gather requirements; maintain and improve CRM/CPQ capabilities; apply AI and automation (lead/opportunity scoring, next-best-action, conversational AI) to boost sales efficiency; partner with stakeholders and IT on integrations and AI use cases; provide global user support and issue resolution; validate changes via testing/UAT; document processes and drive adoption.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Supports implementation of various projects/initiatives.
- Gathers business requirements/enhancements.
- Supports the team in business process improvements and documentation as needed for processes/technology.
- Maintains and improves sales processes, CRM/CPQ capabilities.
- Apply AI and automation tools (e.g., predictive scoring, next-best-action, conversational AI, Copilot-style tools) to improve sales efficiency
- Support adoption of AI-driven CRM capabilities such as lead scoring, opportunity prioritization, and sales activity recommendations
- Identify opportunities to automate manual sales operations processes using AI and workflow tools
- Partner with stakeholders on implementation of AI-enabled processes/ technology
- Collaborate with IT and other teams on system enhancements, AI use cases, and data integrations
- Communicates and works directly with CRM/CPQ users globally to help resolve their sales process/technology related questions/ issues.
- Validates changes through testing/UAT.
- Collaborates across global teams for free flow of work, information, ideas, and technology.
- Follows the guidelines to work with teams including IT to analyze and implement solutions.
- Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct and follow all physical and digital security practices.
- Performs other duties as directed.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors' degree or equivalent of education and 4+ years of relevant work experience.
- Has working knowledge of Salesforce CRM and/or Oracle CPQ or similar technologies
- Demonstrates experience using AI, machine learning, or predictive analytics in a business or sales context
- Experience with AI-driven sales tools (e.g., predictive forecasting, lead/opportunity scoring, sales copilots)
- Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, BI tools, or similar technologies
- Critical thinking skills with strong business acumen and ability to translate insights into action.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in business-facing activities such as requirements gathering, issue resolution
- Good understanding of Sales processes like leads, opportunities, quoting management
- Preferably has experience working in Salesforce CRM/Oracle CPQ environment.
