Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Sales Operations Manager to help expand the function in collaboration with the Sales Operations Director and the other Sales Operations Manager in the team.
Together you will establish processes that support and enhance the efficiency, productivity, and effectiveness of the sales organization. You will support the sales team with the sell in forecast, provide data to analyse sales and customer performance, help find efficiencies in the current sales processes, ensure tools are integrated and used efficiently, help train the sales teams, and provide ongoing support.
You will work closely together with the sales support and operations team to ensure customers are placing the right orders at the right time. Additionally, you will work together with the data insights and finance teams to perform data analysis that will support strategic decisions to continue growth and improved profitability.
Qualifications- Sales Operations experience, or a sales, finance, or operations background
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and BI tools (Domo or Tableau a plus)
- Understand sales methodologies and processes
- Experience with sales forecasting, channel inventory, or distribution management a plus
- Experience in e-commerce a plus
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in cross-functional teams

- Independent / self-starter / go-getter

- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Fluent in English and preferably another main European language (French, German, Spanish)
