Retail Sales and Marketing team`s main goal is to support sales of John Deere Machines through delivering innovative, convenient and competitive financing offer that constitutes a comprehensive solutions for our customers. Sales Marketing Representative

The individual on the requested position will be responsible for collecting, preparing sales reports, analyzing trends, and interpreting available data to provide actionable insights. Additionally, they will support marketing efforts by promoting factory financing offers to clients.

Your responsibilities:
  • Collecting data from Partners and generating sales reports within JD/JDF templates.
  • Regular cooperation with Partners (Financial Institutions, Dealers, JD coworkers) on quality of data they provide.
  • Supporting JDF Sales team in verification of activated transactions reports and settlements with JD and Partner Banks.
  • Supporting new JDF financing campaigns launches - making sure that the campaign is properly communicated to Partner Banks, Dealers and JD Sales Division (through JD internal tools).
  • Supporting preparation and execution of marketing activities and communication of JDF offers to customers/public (through traditional and digital marketing activities, f.e. promotion during the fairs).
  • Analysis of market benchmarking and competitive offers on the markets, preparing a report out.
  • Providing ad hoc reports necessary for JDF sales successful management and execution.

Our requirements:
  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
  • Fundamental knowledge of credit products and services
  • Highly accurate, punctual, and organized; capable of working under tight and unpredictable deadlines, adaptable, and a strong team player
  • Excellent analytical skills with a strong focus on data
  • Advanced digital proficiency (MS Office); familiarity with Power BI is highly advantageous
  • Eagerness to learn from colleagues, coupled with curiosity and a positive attitude

Nice to Have:
  • Technical and/or agriculture background
  • Experience working in the finance industry.
  • Marketing experience
  • Sales experience;
  • PowerBI knowledge;
  • Ability to communicate/read in other foreign languages.
