What you will be doing:

  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets for orders, treatments, and revenue growth.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to your territory that align with corporate goals and marketing strategy.
  • Sales Presentations: Deliver impactful sales presentations to key clients and strategic accounts, showcasing InSightec’s unique value propositions.
  • Industry Representation: Act as the face of InSightec at industry congresses and meetings to enhance product visibility and market presence.
  • KOL Management: Establish and nurture relationships with Key Opinion Leaders to strengthen brand credibility and drive sustainable growth.
  • Collaboration: being able to generate positive cooperations with the different Insightec functional supporting the territories.
  • Key emotional necessary strengths as resilience, positiveness, problem solving, customer focus, teamwork member, out of the box thinking.
  • Performance Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports using CRM tools, highlighting sales volume, potential growth areas, and strategies for client base expansion.
  • Competitive Insight: Monitor and analyze competitor activities and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
  • Working according to Insightec Quality Policy, relevant Quality Procedures & Standards, and privacy & safety rules.


What you have:

  •  Experience: A minimum of 8 years in the medical devices industry, specifically in the sale of high-value capital for imaging and/or therapy equipment to hospitals.
  • Proven Success: A strong track record in large capital sales and business closure, ideally involving disruptive technologies.
  • Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of market dynamics in areas such as Neurosurgery, Neurology and or Radiology.
  • Networking Skills: A robust professional network within relevant healthcare sectors is a plus.
  • Business Development: Experience in business development is preferred.
  • Leadership Experience: Previous experience in sales management is advantageous.
  • Self-Motivated: A self-starter with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Analytical Thinking: Strong structured and conceptual thinking abilities, complemented by a hands-on approach.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Team Collaboration: A collaborative team player who works well across functions.
  • Integrity: A high level of integrity and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Problem-Solving: Creative and resourceful in addressing challenges and finding solutions.
  • Location- Nordics
