Description

This is a key role in leading a fast growing Region to ensure the achievement of Capital Sales targets for the Company through direct management of the local distributors. This includes overseeing and leading the identification of business opportunities, building and fostering customers’ relationships and ensuring to meet/exceed sales forecast and objectives.

To be successful in this role, you should be independent and highly driven, demonstrate extensive experience in business development strategies and possess the ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment. It is also important to adopt a hands-on approach when required and be willing to travel extensively.

·       Drives, manages and executes the business and revenue of the Region

·       Defines annually the region’s business goals (orders and sales), per quarter and per country, manages and leads the distributors team

·       Analyzes regional market dynamics to maximize existing successes and to create new sales growth opportunities

·       Prepare forecasts and growth plans

·       Establishes and reports on metrics to measure team performance; corrects deficiencies where necessary

·       Ensures that the regional sales plan is aligned with and supports the EMEA revenue goal

·       Prepares regular sales reports using CRM tools, highlighting sales volume, potential growth areas, and strategies for client base expansion

·       Acts as the face of Insightec at industry congresses and meetings to enhance product visibility and market presence.

·       Recruits and manages the presence of distributors in the area; fosters a successful and positive team environment

·       Works close with the Head of CAMs and local CAMs to achieve company goals in the number of treatments

·       Works with the Head of marketing to define marketing plans for the region

·       Works with the Head of Market Access and the local distributors in leading the process of obtaining reimbursement, defining a reimbursement strategy

·       Supports the regulatory team in preparation and implementation of the regulatory plan.

·       Able to generate positive cooperations with the different Insightec functions supporting the territory

·       Resilience, positiveness, problem solving, customer focus, teamwork member, out of the box thinking.

Requirements

·       At least 10 years in developing the business in medical devices industry, preferably in the Neuromodulation field, and/or in the sale of high-value capital for imaging / or therapy equipment to hospitals.

·       Strong track record in large capital sales and business closure, ideally involving disruptive technologies.

·       Robust professional network within relevant healthcare sectors is a plus.

·       Experience in business development is preferred.

·       Previous experience in sales /country management is key.

·       A self-starter with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively.

·       Strong structured and conceptual thinking abilities, complemented by a hands-on approach.

·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills with fluent written and spoken English

·       A collaborative team player who works well across functions.

·       A high level of integrity and professionalism in all interactions.

·       Creative and resourceful in addressing challenges and finding solutions.

·       Confident negotiating skills, good attention to details and evidence of an entrepreneurial mindset, result driven approach with a proactive attitude.

·       Ability to act with limited supervision, using own initiative to continually grow the market

·       Willingness to Extensive travels (approximately 70%)
