We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, develop, customize, integrate, and support scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver high-quality applications, integrations, and platform enhancements using Salesforce best practices.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Salesforce applications and custom solutions.
- Develop Apex classes, triggers, batch processes, scheduled jobs, and test classes.
- Build user interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Implement and maintain automation using Salesforce Flow.
- Customize Salesforce objects, fields, validation rules, security settings, and workflows.
- Develop and optimize SOQL/SOSL queries and ensure compliance with governor limits.
- Design and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and other integration patterns.
- Participate in solution design, code reviews, and technical discussions.
- Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and provide production support.
- Manage deployments using Salesforce DX (SFDX), Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Maintain technical documentation and support Agile/Scrum delivery processes.
- 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce Development experience.
- Strong expertise in Apex, Apex Triggers, Apex Test Classes, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and SOSL.
- Experience with Salesforce Flow and declarative automation.
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce Platform, including standard/custom objects, relationships, and data modeling.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and Salesforce integrations.
- Knowledge of Salesforce security, including Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, and Field-Level Security.
- Understanding of governor limits, bulkification, asynchronous processing, and performance optimization.
- Experience with Salesforce DX (SFDX), Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud.
- Knowledge of Platform Events and Change Data Capture (CDC).
- Experience with middleware and enterprise integration platforms.
- Familiarity with Aura Components and Visualforce.
- Experience working in large enterprise Agile environments.
- Knowledge of Salesforce DevOps and release management tools.
