Commercial and Special Industries (C&SI) is looking for an experienced individual to join its Finance and Business Management organization as Vice President, Sales Enablement & Business Management to support the Head of Sales Enablement & Business Management with end-to-end execution of their objectives 1) Increasing Sales Productivity, 2) Simplify and Optimize Sales Platform and processes, 3)Support New Business Growth 4)Field Enablement. The team resides within the C&SI Finance & Business Management organization.
As a Vice President within the Sales Enablement team, you will be involved in national projects, collaborating with multiple partner groups such as Digital, Product Experience, Middle Office Transformation, and Business Management. Your role will involve leading complex initiatives aimed at transforming and streamlining sales processes, simplifying platforms, and providing timely, intuitive analytics for decision-making. Besides projects associated with the 'change the bank' pillar, you will also have opportunities to manage initiatives related to the 'grow the bank' pillar. Your role will require demonstrating the ability to manage a diverse project portfolio with numerous stakeholders.

Job responsibilities
- Support Sales Tech development initiatives, in collaboration with product / sales managers and cross-functional / line of business stakeholders, to enhance sales effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on national projects and execute initiatives that improve existing processes and align to Commercial Banking goals.
- Build and maintain key education and enablement resources for the sales organization including process guides, knowledge articles and trainings.
- Manage programs/initiatives that drive targeting and lead generation efforts.
- Prepare thorough meeting agendas, gather necessary data and insights, and form strategic plans for next steps.
- Perform bespoke / ad-hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives and diagnose performance.
- Collect feedback from front and middle office partners and provides business management representation in respective internal working groups.
- Manage and develop junior-level employees on the team.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 6+ years of experience in Business Management, Project Management, Sales Enablement or Chief of Staff in the financial services industry
- Relationship builder with ability to forge trusted relationships with a broad range of functions, experience working in a matrixed environment.
- Highly motivated and agile self-starter with excellent project management and prioritization skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative information, and present conclusions concisely.
- Proven experience delivering timely, high-quality presentations and/or reporting for various projects and stakeholders. Attention to detail is a must with continuous focus on design excellence.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present information in differing degrees of detail and form depending on the audience.
- Expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and proficiency in CRM systems
- BA / BS degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or other related area
