INTRODUCTION
As part of ABC’s Revenue Operations team, the Inbound SDR plays a critical role in converting inbound interest into qualified pipeline for our Sales team. Reporting to the SDR Manager, this role responds to high-intent leads with speed, rigor, and quality. The ideal candidate will bring curiosity, discipline, and coachability—working closely with Marketing, Sales Ops, and Account Executives to drive consistent outcomes from inbound channels.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Respond to inbound leads within defined SLAs; ensure no qualified lead goes unworked.
• Qualify prospects based on fit, use case, urgency, and intent to purchase.
• Convert leads into sales-qualified opportunities (SQLs and SALs) with clean handoffs to AEs.
• Maintain strong CRM hygiene with detailed notes and accurate dispositioning.
• Partner with Marketing and Sales Ops to continuously improve MQL quality and conversion.
• Meet or exceed monthly performance standards across SQL volume, conversion, and influence on closed-won revenue.
• Ensure a rapid speed-to-lead (first contact within 15 minutes) and high dial activity (~125/day).
• Build trust with AEs by delivering high-quality opportunities and context.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
• 0–2 years of experience in a sales, marketing, or customer-facing role (tech/SaaS preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage high volume with precision and quality.
• Demonstrated coachability and growth mindset.
• Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and sales engagement platforms.
• Comfort working cross-functionally with Marketing and Sales.
AND IT’S GREAT TO HAVE
• Prior experience qualifying inbound leads or working in B2B SaaS.
• Familiarity with pipeline metrics (SQL, SAL, MQL) and conversion funnels.
• Exposure to marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
• Curiosity about sales strategy and buying behavior.
• Experience in a remote or hybrid environment.
• Passion for Health & Fitness
• Understanding of buyer journey and qualification frameworks (e.g., SPIN,BANT, MEDDPICC).
