Meet the team
We are seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our successful sales team in Dublin.

Being a Sales Development Representative is an exciting job and is incredibly vital for the business. Principally, you will be working in tandem with our sales team, generating new leads over the phone and assisting potential clients via online chat.

This is not a call centre position; you will be part of a small, results-driven team, and we require someone who wants to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will need an excellent telephone manner, negotiation skills, and a determined attitude.

You will personify our company’s core values, and you will represent them as you speak with new potential clients. Success in this role means having hit all your targets and generating quality leads for your sales colleagues.

Requirements

What you'll do

  • You will need to build relationships with new business prospects through calls and emails, and encourage them to have a demonstration of LEAP.
  • You will use your own intuition and your collaboration with your team and management to source new leads and identify ways to reach out to them.
  • You will ensure that all communications are logged transparently in the company’s CRM.
  • As this role is KPI driven, you will aim to hit all your daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets.
  • You will maintain a professional ethic and exercise good judgment at all times.

What you'll bring

  • Ideally, you will have 1-3 years of outbound lead generation experience in a call centre environment.
  • You are a goal-orientated and driven to succeed individual.
  • You have strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and the ability to converse with high-level decision-makers.
  • You are able to work towards targets and enjoy working collaboratively as part of a successful team, contributing to team targets and income.
  • You are creative, resilient, and eager to learn.

Desirable Requirements:

  • Proven success in a phone-based sales role.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce.

Benefits

What you'll get

On top of a competitive salary, we also offer an excellent benefits package:

  • LEAP pays 8% of your salary into your pension.
  • Private Healthcare.
  • Monthly €59 Gym Contribution.
  • Life Insurance.
  • Income Protection.
  • PerkBox Membership.
  • Yearly Work Milestone reward.
  • Professional Development allowance of €500 per employee per year.
  • Cycle to Work Scheme.
  • 25 Days of holiday.
