Join BnBerry as a Sales Representative and play a key role in upselling our new product offerings and engaging existing clients. As part of our expanding sales team, you’ll conduct interviews and product demos for current BnBerry customers and incoming leads, helping shape our next generation of services.
Responsibilities:
• Upsell new products and solutions to existing BnBerry customers, identifying opportunities to expand partnerships.
• Conduct interviews and demos to gather feedback and validate interest in new offerings.
• Engage with incoming leads to present our latest products and assess fit.
• Build strong client relationships and communicate BnBerry’s value proposition effectively.
• Collect and report customer feedback to guide product development and sales strategy.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in our CRM.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to share market insights and improve outreach efforts.
Requirements
• Previous experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles; hospitality or SaaS experience is a plus.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience conducting product demos and interviews with customers.
• Bachelor’s degree in a sales related field.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales software.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple leads, demos, and priorities.
