About

Scorebuddy is a leading Quality Management SaaS platform for Contact Centres. By combining quality management, coaching and learning with advanced AI Analytics, we help hundreds of customers worldwide to be operationally efficient, scale their contact centres, improve agent performance, and enhance overall customer experience.

We’re looking for a motivated and curious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. This role is a blend of inbound lead qualification and outbound prospecting, designed to fuel our sales pipeline and drive awareness of Scorebuddy's value.

You’ll be the first point of contact for many of our prospects whether they’ve come through our website, attended a webinar, or been identified as a strong fit through outbound efforts. Your job is to spark meaningful conversations, qualify opportunities, and book meetings for our Account Executives.

What you’ll do

Inbound Lead Qualification

  • Respond quickly to inbound demo requests, webinar leads, and marketing-generated contacts
  • Engage prospects via email, phone, and LinkedIn to understand their needs and fit
  • Qualify opportunities based on criteria such as budget, authority, need, and timeline
  • Book discovery calls for Account Executives

Outbound Prospecting

  • Build and manage targeted outreach campaigns to priority accounts and personas
  • Conduct research to personalize outreach and improve conversion rates
  • Use tools like Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Cognism to generate new pipeline
  • Work closely with Marketing and AEs to align on messaging, ICP, and strategy

Pipeline Management & Collaboration

  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce
  • Share insights from prospect conversations to improve messaging and targeting
  • Attend weekly sales meetings, trainings, and 1:1s with your manager

What are we looking for

  • 2+ year of experience in a sales or customer-facing role (SDR, BDR, B2B Inside Sales, etc.)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfort with outbound outreach and resilience to handle rejection
  • Curious mindset with a genuine interest in solving customer problems
  • Experience using CRM and sales engagement tools (Salesforce, Salesloft, etc.) is a plus
  • Prior SaaS experience or QA/contact center knowledge is a bonus—but not essential

What we offer

  • Competitive salary & bonus based on experience
  • 25 paid holidays annually
  • Subsidised gym membership
  • Webdoctor online GP service access
  • Taxsaver tickets & Cycle to Work schemes
  • Enhanced maternity, paternity and sick leave pay
  • Access to Irish Life PRSA, salary sacrifice
  • Referral bonuses
