€30,000 + uncapped commission (OTE discussed at interview)

We are growing our sales team and looking for ambitious Sales Development Representatives who want to build pipeline, develop commercial skills, and play a key role in driving business growth.


The Role

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for engaging business owners, generating opportunities, and booking qualified appointments for our field sales team.

This is an office-based role suitable for candidates who are located within commuting distance of the office.


What You’ll Do
  • Identify and connect with SMEs through outbound calls

  • Book qualified appointments for Area Sales Managers

  • Build relationships with decision-makers

  • Understand client challenges and present relevant solutions

  • Maintain accurate activity records and pipeline updates

  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings

  • Consistently achieving and exceeding activity and sales targets

  • High call volumes and strong conversion rates

  • Positive contribution to team performance and culture


About You

Experience

  • Previous B2B sales or outbound calling experience preferred

  • Track record of achieving targets is advantageous

Skills & Attributes

  • Resilient, self-motivated, and target-driven

  • Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills

  • Highly organised with good time management

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

(Knowledge of payments or financial services is beneficial but not essential. Full training provided.)
