About the Company

Our client is an established B2B sales and revenue acceleration company that helps global organisations build pipeline, generate qualified opportunities, and accelerate revenue growth through specialist sales development.

The company specialises in proactive outbound sales and complex B2B sales cycles, combining skilled SDR teams with technology, data, and a consultative, question-led sales methodology. Its teams work as an extension of clients' sales and marketing functions, engaging decision-makers and turning targeted outreach into qualified commercial opportunities.

Its SDR teams engage stakeholders including clinical leaders, medical directors, procurement teams, operations leaders, and digital health decision-makers.

Job Summary

We are looking for a native Italian-speaking Sales Development Representative (SDR) based in the European Union to support outbound sales activity within the Italian market.

This role requires much more than strong communication skills. Organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to confidently manage complex data are critical to success.

You will manage prospect information, sales activities, follow-ups, and multiple opportunities while conducting professional outbound outreach to Italian-speaking prospects.

The role may involve campaigns within the medical and healthcare sector, including engagement with clinics, hospitals, healthcare organisations, and relevant decision-makers. Previous experience selling medical products or into healthcare is therefore highly desirable, although not essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage prospects in consultative conversations to understand business needs and identify potential opportunities.
  • Qualify prospects and generate high-quality sales opportunities.
  • Manage large amounts of prospect and campaign data accurately and systematically.
  • Maintain detailed, accurate, and up-to-date CRM records.
  • Manage multiple prospects, conversations, tasks, and follow-ups simultaneously without losing attention to detail.
  • Schedule qualified meetings and ensure clear handovers of opportunities.
  • Work with structured sales processes, qualification frameworks, and campaign reporting.
  • Collaborate professionally in English with an international team.
  • Where relevant, engage healthcare stakeholders including clinics, hospitals, medical professionals, procurement teams, and operational decision-makers.

Requirements
  • Native Italian speaker – essential.
  • Must currently be based within the European Union – essential.
  • Strong professional English – essential.
  • Previous experience as an SDR, BDR, Inside Sales Representative, Lead Generation Specialist, or similar outbound sales professional.
  • Exceptional organisational skills.
  • Proven ability to manage complex data, detailed information, and multiple workflows simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and disciplined follow-up habits.
  • Previous outbound prospecting and lead-generation experience.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems, spreadsheets, sales engagement platforms, and prospecting tools.
  • Confident speaking with professional and senior-level decision-makers.
  • Ability to work independently while following structured sales processes.
  • Experience with medical products, MedTech, HealthTech, healthcare sales, or selling into clinics and hospitals is a strong advantage, but not mandatory.
