About the Role:

At Notion, we are committed to fostering professional excellence and long-term career development. As a Sales Development Leader in EMEA, you will be instrumental in driving impactful results across our Inbound SD and our Commercial BDR function by building and coaching high-performing teams focused on performance optimisation and professional advancement. This position requires a strategic leader with expertise in professional development, revenue generation, and cultivating an environment of inclusivity and innovation. Experience optimising and scaling a demand generation inbound function along with outbound pipe generation a plus.

Working in lockstep with Marketing, Sales, and cross-functional stakeholders, you will implement data-driven and AI empowered strategies to enhance Notion's inbound and outbound functions, optimise conversion metrics, and streamline sales processes. This position presents an opportunity to create substantial impact on both organisational success and your professional advancement. What You'll Achieve:
  • Lead and Inspire: Manage and develop a diverse team of SDRs and Commercial BDRs, focusing on skill-building, career growth, and fostering a supportive, inclusive environment.

  • Pipeline Growth: Partner with Marketing and Sales to drive top-of-funnel activities, implement targeted campaigns, and generate high-quality opportunities.

  • Data-Driven Strategy: Use data to identify trends, enhance team performance, and ensure consistent achievement of SLAs and KPIs across both the Inbound and Enterprise Outbound.

  • AI-Driven Efficiency: Leverage AI tools to streamline workflows, automate routine tasks, and identify efficiency opportunities that help the team move faster and focus on high-impact work.

  • Empowering Coaching: Provide personalised coaching and feedback to help team excel in their roles, improve prospect engagement, and advance their professional development.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams and senior management to align XDR strategies with broader business objectives, ensure alignment on messaging, targeting, and campaign execution, while contributing innovative ideas.

  • Talent Development: Drive recruiting, onboarding, and development of new XDR talent while fostering an inclusive culture of continuous learning and growth.

  • Performance Management: Set clear expectations, monitor progress, and support your team in meeting and exceeding goals.

Skills You'll Need to Bring:
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to draw conclusions, optimise team performance, and drive continuous improvement.

  • People-Centric Leader: A natural mentor with a proven track record of coaching, developing, and uplifting sales professionals in a supportive and inclusive manner.

  • Proven Track Record: Extensive experience in SaaS sales including outbound prospecting, closing new business and demonstrating an ability to consistently achieve goals in a highly competitive environment.

  • Adaptable and Resilient: Thrives in fast-paced environments, managing change with grace and a solution-focused mindset.

  • Passionate about sales, technology and AI we seek leaders who love what they do and inspire their teams.
