About Profound

Profound is on a mission to help companies understand and control their AI presence. As an SDR based in London, you’ll be on the front lines of our growth efforts — driving outbound prospecting, booking high-quality meetings, and shaping how Profound engages new customers. You’ll also play a foundational role in building our London presence, helping establish Profound’s footprint in the UK and Europe – this is not a traditional SDR role!

What You’ll Do
  • Drive outbound initiatives by identifying and engaging high-potential prospects across key industries.

  • Execute personalized, structured outreach campaigns to generate qualified meetings and pipeline.

  • Manage high-volume outreach with precision, ensuring every interaction reflects Profound’s tone and value.

  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to refine targeting, messaging, and GTM experiments.

  • Act as a founding member of our London office, helping shape our go-to-market motion, culture, and processes as we scale.

Who You Are
  • Intelligent, persistent, and self-motivated — with a proven knack for cold outbound outreach and curiosity about the AI space.

  • Highly coachable and adaptable, open to feedback and eager to refine your craft.

  • Comfortable managing high-volume, high-quality interactions, and resilient in the face of rejection.

  • Detail-oriented and creative in personalizing outreach — ensuring every prospect feels genuinely understood.

  • Excited by the opportunity to build something from the ground up and play a key role in a growing market.

This is an on-site role based in London.
