KEY INFORMATION

  • Start date: April 1st 2025.
  • For the first 6 months your salary will be 1600chf/month, while for the following 6 months it is 1900chf/month.
  • We cannot grant that internship will lead you to the permanent position, but thanks to the effective training ~70% of interns are staying in the company after the internship period!

Eligibility Requirements (must have):

  • You have a student status in April 2025 OR graduated in or after February-March 2025
  • You have an EU or EEA (European Economic Area) valid passport.

YOUR INTERNSHIP ROLE
We are looking for a Sales analysis Intern to join Altra Running within VF EMEA Internship Program.

The sales analysis intern will support the sales operations team in:

  • Digital Sales Tool: Configure and maintain self-service platforms & portal, as well as other order entry tools and the digital workbooks, to ensure sales and Go To Market (GTM) timelines are met. You will work closely with Digital Technology (DT), Marketing, Merchandising, Customer Service and Supply Chain departments to ensure all relevant contents and information are uploaded and maintained in SAP and aligned with x-functional processes to maximize customer’s user experience in the sell-in journey.
  • Amazon: You will support the key account manager in the creation of seasonal content, product listings and platform sections (i.e homepages, landing pages..). You will work closely with Amz team to maintain the forecast always updated, check the POs they are sending and ensure the conversion target is reached at the end of the season.
  • Sell Out/Sell Through Analysis: you will coordinate the existing sell out/sell through reporting for top customers in EMEA, work closely with sales team to integrate additional customers, enhance the current available data and further improve the reporting available. You will also support the sales analysis team in ad hoc analysis/requests.
  • Local Team Connection: Be a link between the Altra Running EMEA headquarter, the local sales organizations as well as the marketing, product, customer service, IT and supply chain department.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
At the end of the Trainee period you can expect to have a clear understanding of the below:

  • VF digital sales tools (B2B and Vf portal)
  • Dedicated digital workbook creation to enhance customer experience
  • Amazon processes, from sell in to sell through monitoring.
  • Sales Analysis

  • You are fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • You have an understanding of digital platforms and how they work or demonstrate to be able to quickly learn.
  • Interest in creating web content, product listings and platform sections (i.e. homepages, landing pages..)
  • You have curious mindset with passion for working with people
  • You are eager to learn and face up new challenges
  • You show initiative and strong drive to achieve yours and your team goals
  • First experience such as other internships, extracurricular activities, is considered as a plus
