The Sales Account Manager will drive sales initiatives, manage client relationships, recommend tailored solutions, and achieve sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
ADAPTIT is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Account Manager (Telecom) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales initiatives, managing client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions that align with our services.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Understand client requirements and recommend solutions based on company’s portfolio.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
- Prepare and execute a business plan for assigned accounts and vendors.
- Manage contract renewals in cooperation with inside sales.
- Negotiate pricing with clients and back to back vendor management.
- Monitor account performance and resolve any client issues in a timely manner.
- Achieve sales & revenue targets ensuring in parallel the cash collection in cooperation with Finance.
- Prepare regular account reports and forecasts for management.
- Contribute on preparation and submission of tenders / proposals in cooperation with company’s bidding team.
- Maintain account and opportunity information within CRM and in other sales reports and updates for senior management
- Partner with legal, presales, marketing, project implementation, administration, and other functions to ensure end-to-end customer satisfaction for all customer requests.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery and support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Telecommunications, Technology or other related field.
- Approx. 3-5 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the Telecommunications, IT or technology sector.
- Awareness of telecommunications products and industry trends.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Excellent skills in all aspects of planning, cross-group collaboration, analytical capabilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts, work under tight deadlines and achieve goals.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for achieving results.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
