We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join our team as the Region Change Management Lead for Latin America.
You will drive change management for the S4 Hana project in Latin America ensuring changes get embraced, adopted and sustained.
SAP S/4 Hana and o9 Planning Transformation is a multiyear journey and provides a significant opportunity to transform and optimize business capabilities in service of our Vision 2030. MDLZ is proceeding with a Smart Field approach, which means reviewing processes for opportunities to harmonize them, improve user interfaces, creating a digital core of systems that talk to each other, and more.
How you will contribute
Reporting to the Latin America Business Transformation Lead you will:
• Act as a change partner and be accountable for change management for the region.
• Work with leaders to create a compelling change story and case for change.
• Develop and execute change management strategies and plans.
• Identify and assess the change impacts to the organization.
• Define, design and execute strategic change management interventions.
• Support building change management capability and coach project stakeholders
• Measure and monitor the ongoing effectiveness of change and transformation strategies.
What you will bring

  • 6+ years' experience managing change initiatives in a global corporate environment.
  • Experience managing and influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Knowledge, experience, and exposure to best practices in change management
  • Creativity and experience using latest communication and learning tools.
  • A passion for change and not afraid to roll up your sleeves.
  • Experience of o9 implementations highly preferred.
  • Functional knowledge of planning processes highly preferred.

Education / Certifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources management, communications, or relevant experience.
  • Change management certification preferred.
